Even if you only want a very subtle effect, permanent cosmetics will enhance your natural features. And remember - you can still add conventional makeup to change your look to suit any occasion.
Permanent Cosmetic Questions?
Does it Look Natural?
Yes, if you go to a reputable and highly experienced practitioner, your permanent makeup will look as natural and attractive as conventional cosmetics because it has been applied by a professional makeup artist it will look sensational!
Does it hurt?
There’s nothing to worry about on that score. Some clients have likened the sensation to having their eyebrows tweezed. A simple cream will help if you do feel any discomfort.
What features can you improve?
We can give you beautiful eyebrows and lashes and perfect lips.
What will I look like after my treatment?
Although some people may have a little swelling or redness this will soon disappear. For the first 3-7 days after your treatment, your makeup will look approximately 40% darker and the area may be dry and flaky but the colours will soon lighten to create your desired look.
How long does it last for?
You should consider it to be permanent, however over time the colour will fade as the skin rejuvenates. That is why Lisa recommends that her clients have their colour boosted every 12 to 18 months to keep the look complete and fresh.
Is there any chance of infection?
The strictest sterilisation procedures are adhered to at all times. A new, single use disposable, sterile needle is used for your complete safety. All procedures conform to the British and European Health and Safety standards. Lip treatments may occasionally cause a cold sore. Clients who are prone to an outbreak should use a topical treatment for a few days beforehand.
What about an allergic reaction?
Tattoo pigments have been used for thousands of years and reactions are very rare. Nouveau Contour pigments are of the highest grade and are hypoallergenic. However, we do always advise a patch test.
